I have a general feeling of wellness and feel like I can move my body more fluidly, especially during workouts. I just feel healthier and more conscious of keeping well with the knowledge I have gained during my care. My children are also gaining important knowledge of taking care of their bodies.

When I first started going to Access To Health I was having numbness and tingling in my hands, headaches, poor sleep, low back and shoulder pain. Within weeks fewer headaches, better sleep, more mobility and a lot less pain. Within a month No more numbness or tingling, more energy and for the most part no pain.

My son was having about 1 headache a week that would cause him to vomit and the adjustments have helped get rid of them.

I was in an auto accident and suffered from whiplash. It reeked havoc on my upper body. After beginning care at Access to Health, the intense headache ended immediately. Within weeks, the muscle spasms had ended and I was able to move more freely. I am now totally pain free and able to sleep normally again.

I'm looking for overall continued health in my body, so I can continue to play tennis. I had, had headaches for 20 years and shoulder pain for 15 with some relief from drugs and massage, but now I'm headache free and no more shoulder pain since receiving care from Access To Health.

My shoulder pain is much better after 6 weeks of ongoing care. I now have more range of motion and feel much better, even after having rotator cuff surgery on the same shoulder.
